Sketchbook Tangling Tangle Hayastone

Hayastone - on my Tiny Square Tile.

Tangle Hayastone, deconstructed by CZT Shie Naritomi’s son Hayato

Early this week, after my morning coffee, I took out my Sketchbook and thought of exploring this tangle pattern at length. I loved the reticulum experience of the tangle; and how we can nestle as many patterns as possible within the reticulum.

The step of this tangle pattern is simple, and thus easily remembered.

The fun part of this tangle pattern is, you can start the grid in a wonky way and not in any particular direction. Any mistakes can be easily managed and thus it can hook A Tangler for quite some time.

I spent about 40 minutes on my sketchbook. After I rested my pen, I experienced a sense of calm, tranquillity, and peace within me.

Also, one more interesting part of the day was - I had not dozed or snoozed myself in about 29 Hrs from Sunday Morning. Yet, I was feeling completely calm, in a serene space of mind with absolutely no rush to go about.

I spent nearly 7 hours drawing and practicing different art lessons in such time and then forced myself to bed for a noon nap. I smiled a lot, and that’s why I love my Zentangle Art practice time.

Here I show step-by-step pics of how Tangle Hayastone Explorations.
